This
Award is presented to an umpire who consistently shows a high level of
umpiring ability, has a feel for the game, has good rapport with the
clubs and shows a commitment to the umpiring group.

Andy Carrick
Award
This
award is named in honour of Mr Andy Carrick who lost his battle with
cancer in 2001. Andy was a likeable larrikin who umpired many games in
the VAFA. Although Andy did not umpire in the higher sections, he was
still a valuable contributor to the VAFA Umpires Association.
The
award is presented to a member of the VAFA Umpires Association who does
not reach the higher sections but still performs admirably each week
throughout the season.

Simpson.

Bob Dunstan
Award
This
award is named in honour of Mr Robert Dunstan OAM who is a Life Member of
the VAFA Umpires Association and has umpired over 800 games in the VAFA.
The
award is presented to a member of the VAFA Umpires Association who
provides exceptional service to the Association.

winner of the Bob Dunstan Award for 2011 is Sean Scully Snr.
